Can I return my order?

Yes, you can! We strive to keep our customers happy and therefore we accept returns.

Customers can return items under their own discretion for up to 15 days after receipt.

To log a return, you can contact us via the icon in the bottom right-hand corner or you can send us an email to [email protected]. One of our support agents will take you through the steps. 

Kindly note, you will have to pay the shipping charges for the items to be returned. You must use a shipping method that we can track and provide us with the tracking information. 

Once we receive your items we will review your items and only then will we issue a refund.
