What do I do fi the item I received is not what I ordered?

If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website or app, please notify us by following the steps below.


Contact us by sending us a message by clicking the icon in the bottom right hand corner or send us a email to [email protected]


Please include the following in your message or email:


  1. Your order id and email used at checkout.
  2. This products is not what I ordered or not as described.
  3. Please explain whats wrong with the product and include images as well.
  4. Tell us if you want a refund or do you want a replacement.
