If that’s not the case with the item you received, first check here to see that your order is covered by our Returns Policy and if so, you can then log a return by sending us message via the icon in the bottom right-hand corner or you can send us a email to [email protected].


Please include in your message a detailed description of the condition of your packaging and your product with pictures.
