Q. Where do you ship from?


A. We ship from partnered warehouses and factories located throughout Asia & The United States. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packaging and dates as they might be from different warehouses or factories.


Q.How long will it take before my order arrive?


A. All orders have a processing time of 2-5 days with a shipping time of 2-4 weeks. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product or based on demand or location.


Q.How long will it take before I receive my tracking number?


A. You will receive your tracking number as soon s the warehouse has processed your order and sent it out for shipping which usually takes 2-5 days for you to receive your tracking number.


Q. To which countries do you ship?


A. We have worldwide shipping with the exclusion of certain countries. If you can’t find your country at checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can look into adding your country. You can also view our Shipping & Delivery policy here.


Q. What does shipping cost?


A. Shipping costs range from free shipping – USD $200 depending on your country and region and the shipping options available.

A. Techneletix (Pty) Ltd is based in South Africa, and our warehousing and factory partners are based throughout Asia and the United States.


Q. In what currency will I be charged?


A. We process all orders in USD, but you can browse in your local currency. As soon as you checkout, the currency will switch back to USD at the most recent exchange rate.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay for customs?


A. In most countries, you won’t need to pay for customs, but some countries might require you to pay for customs. It depends on the number of items you ordered or where you are located.
