For your convenience, we offer live chat support and email support. You can choose the method that suits you best.
To chat with one of our support agents live you can click the live chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner, fill out the short form and click start chat. You will then be connected with one of our support agents.
Kindly note we do not offer 24/7 live chat support so please keep in mind our live chat support hours.
Live Chat Support hours:
- Monday – Friday: 2 am – 4 pm Eastern
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
If you need to contact us outside of these hours you can still click the live chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner and fill out the offline form.
One of our support agents will get back to you within 24-48 hours but usually sooner.
