How do I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

Refunds can be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. 

To request a refund you can send us a message using the icon in the bottom right-hand corner or send us an email to [email protected]. With your order id, email you used at checkout, and reason for requesting a refund. 

We will then review your request for a refund and if a refund is approved the funds will be refunded to the payment method used at checkout.
